Unable to sign up at War Boards

If its for an invasion, sometimes it can show up on the upcoming wars page before it even activates which is just stupid. You’ll have to click on the settlement icon, scroll down to the “Declare War” button, and right above it to the right side, if theres no timer, you wont be able to sign up for the invasion as it hasnt activated yet. As soon as the time hits the the war window time for that territory/company, the invasion will activate.

That seems to be it. Invasion starts in 9 hours and still no count down timer listed.
