- What is your character name in New World: kmellia
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Niflheim
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: When I started the game, last year I enroled with the covenant faction. Since then, I can’t switch faction. On the bio character, i’m unable to choose a new faction. It says to speak to the character faction, but when I go to the marauder or syndicate faction, I still can’t swith faction.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: just try to change faction when you already are in a faction.
- When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) I don’t know. I never tried to changed faction since game release. The first time I tried was 2 days ago.
