Experiencing same bug when trying to transfer to a different server, however, the server button is shaded due to “having active buy/sell order in trading post” however, everything has been cleared from all settlements before i attempted to transfer, but no luck due to the so called trading post bug.

i might have accidentally found a solution or they might have fixed it (prob not), but got it to work. in my case, i put up 5k rawhide on the market, went around playing the game, sold some got some coins and such, was about to logg off and checked server transfer said that i had a listing remembered that i ha d a listing went and delisted it, got the hide and some random coin, tried with server transfer and it acully worked
pretty happy that i finally manage to switch server after 3 weeks of playing totaly alone on a basicly dead server.
not sure if this was the solution of the problem but hey give it a try atleast i guess
glad it worked for you, Unfortunately My issue is two bugs intertwined into one Big annoying bug so there was a bug where if you sold items on the marketplace offline you do not receive the coins . that’s why im unable to transfer as in the database the item transaction has not fully processed and the database thinks i have items still listed (but have sold)
had the same issue aswell lost some k on it aswell, altho im not sure if it was because i always put up my stuffs on about 1 day, so that one day should have passed, witch means that the listings that didt show up was automaticly delisted by now, might have been someting like that

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Can’t transfer server. It says I can’t transfer with active sell/buy oders at the trading post even tho I cancelled all of them.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unable to transfer. I specifically met with friend at the same time to transfer all together to be sure we were gonna be on the same server. Now I’m stuck in my old server while everyone has transfered.

just give us the option to unclaim money from the trading post… activate the transfer button and give people a warning “You have active trading post listings, if you transfer these posts will be deleted and you will receive no compensation”… most of us would be 100% OK with that. just let us transfer to enjoy the game with our friends… /facepalm!
