Hi i have a problem with a transfer my character with server Nowhere. problem in traiding outpost. im canceled all transactions them and exit with my company for transfer. and tryed a transfering in server Rackobara. and in 2nd stem button is spent (gray colour) with message
New World in traiding post im dont have nothing… (New World) Clip2net .
Please help me !!! I want to play with my friend’s !!!

Have you tried to transfer before? If so, please provide the date: Been trying for 3 days with no luck! Don’t want to lose the love for the game but all my friends and Company already transferred. Option to transfer is greyed out and it says: ( You Cannot have active Trading Post Buy/Sell Orders before transferring) but I have non. Made two tickets also and no response or fix.

I’m having this same problem, i’ve been waiting for 3 days to transfer to play with my brother. Wunjo - server: Phlegathon. Would like to transfer to El Dorado. Please help. Can not switch servers because of an Active trade, but I have no active trades.

11 Days No Solution. Can we get some type of compensation. I have not been playing the game because currently there isn’t much I can do by myself, and my friends have all been able to transfer.

the situation has not changed since the patch was released. I also have active sell orders that I cannot delete. Can anyone help me with this???

Very poor support. I didn’t even think there was such a thing. I’m really sorry that I spent so much time on this game. Dozens of players quit the game every day. Instead of helping those who ask for help, they just silently observe everything.
