Hop on every forum post/social media page etc and make noise about it until something is done. The generic auto replies aren’t cutting it and the lack of customer service is unacceptable.

What an absolute farce, making people wait weeks for server transfers, taking them down for an entire week to fix a gold dupe, right into more issues that you were already aware of, as per player reports dating a week ago regarding the same issue. Shame

How is it possible to find it appropriate to have such a sub par customer service team? After all the failures of past MMOs to learn from you found it acceptable to launch a game supported by some of the worst, unskilled, unprofessional and completely hopeless customer service representatives? I have no idea what Ive even spoken to during my previous interactions, spent half the conversation trying to decipher the dribble. I find it hard to believe you do not have the funds available to put together a half decent team that knows what they are doing.

How is there still no ETA of when there will be a fix for this? I cant even play the game right now, I’m in my settlement encumbered theres no friends in my server, my faction lost all its territories cause the healing exploit, I left my company already. You had the server down for 2 hrs and didn’t figure anything out for this? I might have to call it quits with new world. I cant play a game that you have to put extreme amounts of time into just to progress but the devs seem to not respect that time. I also posted about an issue that I did not receive rewards for 2 invasions and did not get a reply on that. Another issue is a side quest in reekwater I cannot complete cause the enemies have no respawn timer, received no reply about that as well.

Transfer to server: live-5-02-6 due to name bug think it use to be Erudin or something like that not 100% sure

Not sure if this is helpful or not, but myself and some buddies ran into this issue and found that we had problems if all of the trades were taken down from a trade post regardless of the settlement it was active in. My friends that didn’t have issues took their trades down in the settlements they were active. Obviously further looking into is necessary but maybe it is some sort of conflict with recognizing the trades being down if taken off in a different settlement.

Issue: Can’t transfer to another world because of the active trading post buy/sell even though I get my all sell item in trading post
Been waiting for weeks to join a friend on their server. This is the 2nd time the server transfer feature is brought out then immediately bugged. This is extremely annoying. I haven’t played the game in the last few days because I do not see the point. I had to remove all my AH orders, losing the fee I invested. Now to repost it all will cost me a lot of gold again. And once the issue gets fixed I’ll have to repeat this again and lose even more gold. Not to mention that theres a probability that I won’t even be able to move to the server I aim to move to since it already switched from medium to high pop.
