a single item refuses to be removed from the HDV, as soon as I want to cancel it there is an error message, if someone wants to buy it from me it is invisible in the HDV and finally the timer has 0 seconds restart at 24 hours every day.
my whole clan went to bakhu I play alone and I’m bored because no one on my server anymore

This isnt a real solution but marking it as one as these are a couple comments of things that worked for others:

I was able to transfer after clearing the steam download cache and then logged back in the game to finally transfer.

Guys I just found a solution for me. May try it out.
Check your expired sells, the Tradepost keep them after they expired.
Click on every sell order and check if there are still some inside. If so, you can reactivate them and place a new order. After that just delete the order and you will get the items. If you done it with every expired sell order you may can transfer. If not, restart the game and try it again.

How did you delete your expired sell orders? I don’t seem to have that option or am doing something wrong.
the only way you are able to reactivate the sale is if you have the same item in your current inventory. it’s a feature that let’s you easily post the same item that has sold before.
i think the main problem is the number of items you have sold while you were offline, if you sold 10000 iron ore while you were offline, the server doesn’t know where to send the gold, thus it thinks you still have an active order for 10000 iron ore

Latest fix did not resolve my issues. I still cannot transfer due to phantom orders that do not exist.
I have restarted the app and rebooted.
so this game needs a mailbox system just to collect your coin from trading post contracts, not asking to be able to send stuff to people just to collect
normally expired orders go to storage in town they are put on trading box, so that system is in place but for whatever reason something borked… and still not fixed for a bunch of ppl
yah maybe its just a que thing also, if you sold a bunch of items the system is just slow in catching up
will keep trying to transfer every day and hopefully it catches up

Relogging, verifying steam files, deleting steam download cache, relisting and cancelling partial orders from the “completed” transaction tab.
