Unable to turn in faction board missions in Shattered Mountain

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Unable to turn in completed faction missions at the Shattered Mountain faction board (Quon Teo, Mountainhome Outpost). Attempting to click on completed missions on the Faction Board prompts to abandon the mission instead of distributing rewards.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unable to receive rewards for completed faction missions in Shattered Mountain.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No. Restarting the game client had no effect. Waiting several hours overnight had no effect.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Speak to Syndicate faction representative Quon Teo in Mountainhome Outpost within Shattered Mountains. Click to “Open Faction Board”. Completed missions are not marked green as appropriate on the Faction Board. Clicking completed quests shows the “Are you sure you want to abandon your current mission?” dialog box.

I believe this was broken in 1.0.4. I never experienced this issue before October 28th and after October 28th, it’s happens all the time especially with the Shattered Mountain faction quests.

It simply isn’t rewarding to run and do the mission and not get a reward because the game recognizes that the quest is completed on the quest log and map but the faction vendor is missing something that allows the turn in.

My concern is that these are new bugs that do inhibit game-play that get introduced post-launch that are cropping up and not getting resolved in a timely fashion.

Having the same issue, this issue started occurring after I transferred to Diranda Server

• Character Name - TrezStar

• World/Server - Diranda
• Location where issue occurred - Shattered Mountains - Syndicate Rep
• Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue

Take non-pvp faction mission - complete it and try to turn it it. Shows completed in journal and on map but not when you interact when faction rep

I’m astounded that this is still happening so many days later and it is not even recognised as a problem - doesn’t seem to be in the known-problems post, or at least I didn’t happen to spot it (well there are so many is easy to miss one )
