Same here, i am unable to turn the faction quests from Isabella’s expedition, they are green in the journal and the green mark is showing on the map but on the faction guy or girl they are not completed.
Was able to do and complete the Genesis ones just fine.
Having the same issue here with 2 Genesis faction quests. They are completed in my journal, completed on map, but when I go back to the NPC it shows they arent done, all I can do is cancel the quest.

it seems the bug you’re facing is slightly different to mine. You see them at the faction representative, I had the same issue in Shadow Mountains a while back.

You know you already ‘fixed’ that bug 3 times already? Each time you failed. Please let 4th time be the charm…
@Aenwyn I figured out the cause for this issue (mine, not Twofeets’): Those new global faction missions for Closing Corruption Breachess mess it up. I had 3 faction missions in Reekwater, then picked up a faction mission for Corruption Breaches in another settlement, and this one showed up in Reekwater instead of the one I finished.
After completing and turning in the Corruption Breach Mission, my original faction mission showed up again in Reekwater and I could turn it in.
