- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: It is a persistent bug and not resolved, has been going on for a few weeks but only became an issue because i am not able to proceed with event quest

I have tried swapping to a different fishing pole, tried many different locations and have tried this over the course of last two days without success,
