I am still in awe that some of you still compare this realase flop to other MMO’s realeses.
Are you for real? It’s 2021 and this issue should be eliminated after Closed Beta.
Just please keep in mind that FF14 was realesed 11 years ago, WoW was realesed 14 years ago!!!

Also guys, Amazon is the biggest server provider in the world, so they have a lot of tools to fix that!
Fully agree with you here. I was just deploying an application to our AWS EKS cluster that’s using fargate to provision k8s nodes. If I wanted to have like 50 servers, I could have them provisioned in minutes on the AWS infrastructure. I don’t believe they couldn’t have prepared for this. The same thing happened in closed beta, and they haven’t learned from it at all.
