Hi, I bought this game to play with my friends, when i wanted to create my character on server that they are playing all of them expect me i couldnt do that because it shows its full or u are just unavailable to creature heroes there. So thats why im typing there since support just tell me to publish it here. Is there any chances of transfer my character from Abaton to Dre Tree server since all i want is just enjoy the game with my friends, i dont think i shouldnt get punished for no reason if i just pay for this game. At first i cant even do that + i have to pay like 10$ its like almost price of the game to move my character to other server and i dont even know when i could do that since even support doesnt know when servers will be unlucked. So please help me since its not enjoyable watching while friends having fun on other server ;d

I’m sorry that you are unable to join your friends on your desired server.
As you might already know, the server Dry Tree is already full and is not available for transfer of characters.
You can refer this link to check the same: New World Server Status & Character Transfers
However, our New World Community Manager has informed earlier, in the Official News section about adding brand new servers.

The reason I’m providing this info is because, there might be chances some players moving out of Dry Tree to the upcoming new servers, which might maybe later on provide the opportunity to accept new server transfers to Dry Tree.
This is not something that we can absolutely guarantee, but a probability.

Is there any chances of getting free token to not paying 15$ since everyone got 2 free tokens and i just paid already 20$ to buy this game and i wasnt able to join my friends?
I genuinely understand the concern, but unfortunately, the free transfer tokens are not available at this time.
The NW team has provided free transfer tokens, only to those players whose accounts that were active and playing at that point of time of giveaway.
I’m sorry about this.
However, at any time, if the server is accepting transfers or not marked as full after the launch of new servers, one can also choose to create a new character as well.
(This is not to deny the progress already made on the main character, but only to inform the possible alternative.)

I’m from the UK and levelled a character to 60 on US East. When I recently restarted a few days ago I decided to Region Transfer the character to EU Central but despite Leaving my company - emptying my market and selling all THREE of my houses The region transfer button is still greyed out and the popup says I can’t transfer to the region because it was full or had full character slots(I also deleted both my EU characters to empty the list).
Please tell me Dev’s WTF is going on(PS I have 2 character transfer keys.
If you intend to do NOTHING then at least re-instate my houses or the difference in initial cost for selling them!!!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues moving servers. Here are the basic things you need to have complied with in order to be able to do so:
- You must be in a Sanctuary.
- You cannot be part of a company when transferring.
- Cannot have active Trading Post transactions.
- Cannot own any houses.
- Must be at least level 25.
Please note, if you comply with all of the above and the issue is still ongoing, some servers are presently unavailable for transfers as they are either full or not accepting transfers (locked). You can try moving to a different server with availability or wait on the server to become available with no specific time frame for when this may happen. You can check on the server status here.

so I’m in the Valhalla server. that on the status list says its full and transfers unavailable. does that mean my character as well? cause i wanna transfer FROM Valhalla to Eden where my family and friends are and it keeps telling me the connectivity to the game ever stopped unexpectedly. I can understand stopping transfers to, but not exiting.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble changing servers. You are correct in your statement that there is no block going out of a full server, only coming in.
Our devs are aware some players may be experiencing this issue. Some have been able to get around this by going to the middle fast travel point in Great Cleave called Tempest Valley Shrine, pressiing “E”, then going to the shop and initiating the transfer while having PvP turned OFF. Others have tried the process continually at one of the sanctuaries until the option came up.
In the mean-time, if the above method does not work, devs are requesting of affected players to submit their World/Region and Character Name in a web ticket to look further into this here: Contact Us | Amazon Games.
