Understanding Crafting and Refining Fees

Hello,

I would like to clarify the calculation of crafting and refining fees.

In game, we can see that these fees as a multiplier (x1.25 or x1.00 for instance). But I don’t know what is the base cost/price for this multiplier…
I assume the base will depend on the tier of the item we craft/refine but I wanted to know if you have any official documentation about this.
