using the Perk “Unending thaw” which adds 2 seconds of frost to enemies after they leave ice storm completely breaks the skill. It makes ice storm do 0 damage. I’ve relogged and tried taking the equipment off and putting it back on.

hope this is fixed in today’s patch
It does not appear on the patch fix list. Unfortunately I don’t think this will be fixed at this point.

This game is so fucking broken its obvious devs are not giving a single fuck about anything anymore… game is dead, everyone should just quit, they allready made the selling money and have no incentive on keeping the game alive.
