Unfair PER-BAN.. PLS HELP!

Guys, yesturday me friend nick Gins on Abaton server make couple new char to see how looks community on other servers, because we wont change server. He make 4 chars, he make it one by one, go to server, watch waths heppend there and after 4-5 min he go out, delate char and make new one. Now he get PERM-BAN for that and support write to him, that he used bug and exploit and they make good decision.
We play 15 years toogether and he never us and bugs, i can tell more… he alveys raport about bug etc. Its must be some kind of mistake… or not fun joke.
We all play fair (10 friends) and we didnt understand that decision.
Support give 24h ban when Grimz Legion us exploit during war, Gins got perm-ban for nothing, for serching better place too play for us, because on ouer server we cant play normal.
PLS unban him.

Here is answer for his ticket too suport… “we dont tell you what for you are baned, but we make good decision and dont write too us any more” RLY?
WHERE IS REASON OF BAN? NO REASON? BUT DECISION IS OK… pfff

Are you sure he didnt cheat ? I mean it sounds like they have proof of some sort.

Guys do you see what they write too him. They write that they dont tell what for he get ban, but their decision was write… WHAT!!!

I’m sorry dude. But from this mail it sounds like they have proof and caught him doing something what im not sure. Your best off talking to support. Posting here you will just get GG comments and i do not blame alot of them.

Ok they have proof but they dont wont tell him for what he is banned so… what proof?? Its not logic.

In my experience, most game companies wont give you exact details that lead to the ban. This is for security and legal sake.

Yeah, you should ask them to be more specific about the bug and exploit that caused the ban.

AGS might have though he was a gold seller or using some sort of exploit. I suggest your friend put in a ticket with them.

They do not tell so you cannot find away to hide what they know next time. Think aboit. if you stole £20 from my wallet and i said i know you did it. and you asked how and i said there is a camera on the table. Next you would move the cam or the wallet before you took from it.#

Most big games do not explain how they catch people cheating or everyone would know how to not get caugth.

You have that backwards. It’s innocent until proven guilty, otherwise things get dicey real quick. Not defending this guy or his friend, I’m sure Amazon has proof of his guilt.

Anyway i hope they were right if your friend was banned for nothing im saorry but im not going to keep argueing with you. Contact Amazon thats the only people who can help you.
