My husband was banned today. We never done any sort of cheat in the game. We play as fairly as possible. When we created the first ticket, we were told that there was no penalty on his account, it was a mistake. After then automated relies that he is permanently banned and decisdion is final
It seems suspicious before the new content when they want to sell the new copies of the game!
We spent over 2000 hours, it is not possible to buy new game to start over. If this is Amazone intention then i feel it is a scam.
There is still a chance for you both! There will be a review but it will be after the exploit is fixed. If they can recover any ill gotten gains the bans may be lifted.

Amazon mentioned that hundreds of accounts were involved and were temporarily banned until the investigation is over. Let’s say at most it was 1000 accounts. Let’s assume all of these players purchased new copies of the game at $40 per game. Do you really think a company like amazon and AGS is going to run a scam to collect $40,000? That’s is a drop in the ocean to them.
Yeah, all these dupers and abusers finally get what they deserve, and they flood forums now with their fairy tales meant to change the decision… pathetic.
I agree, but common sense should apply to bans.
Ban the proper abusers as they destroy the game, but no way he could be in that category. Seems they went rampage on their own mess up almost feels lile they took the nuke policy.
Saying this i dont even think that he did this without knowing, so really does feel they used the same coders that produce the bugs for the detection code.
Hope amazon dont venture into military or America is in trouble
how do you know that? how can you be so sure about this? it’s not the first time AGS make a mistake with this kind of bugs and exploit.
