Wait, you can’t transfer out of a locked server to an open server?
I’m in a similar predicament. I can’t create a second character because my only character is on a Zeta world. I can’t understand the levels of micromanagement here. Iirc they have servers for other games (Lost Ark?) perhaps they’ve loaned out all the servers and have none left for themselves? Not saying that this is the case but it “could” be probable?

And this is exactly what they are trying to prevent. They don’t want to make the high populated (locked) servers even more high populated. Tomorrow is going to be a crap show when it comes to server queues as it is.
You and your friends should consider using your free transfers and go to one of the newer low populated servers… it’ll help balance out server populations, and will get servers unlocked faster the more people consider this.
