Game bluescreen and No product information found problem
Tried:
Rebooting
Reinstalling EAC and NW
Disabling IPv6
Verifing files
Deleting Router cache and restarting
Performing Chkdsk and reinstalling into a new hdd
Updating drivers Gpu and windows
Rollback system to a week earlier
Deleting Appdata Ags Savedata+user_preload_settings.cfg
So far only progress is that I don’t get any Blue screens and now I get No Product information found, please contact support.

I see that you already try some of our troubleshooting steps, usually the one that fix this error is the IPV6 together with the steam file check, can you please give it one more try following the next order:
Then from the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
– Select Network and Internet.
— In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
-When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
– Select Properties. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
— Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
---- Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
Once this is ready, please process with a DNS flush:
From the Start menu, begin typing ‘cmd’ In the results that populate, right-click the Command Prompt result and select Run as administrator then type this commands :
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
After all this is done please restart the computer and the internet connection, then you can access the game and check if the process work, if the problem persists, we’ll need to investigate a little bit further, collect more data and file a ticket, I’ll kindly ask you to please reach our Live costumer service …
Today
Started the live chat support twice and done dxdiag got a ticket number
I’ve completed the steam verification
Disabled ipv6
Fom the system 32 CMD
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Rebooted my pc
Reseted my modem and switched to another isp modem
Uninstalled the game using Revo and deleted all the registry files
Performed Chkdsk
Reinstalled the game into another HDD
All drivers are up to date + windows updates
After all this troubleshoot steps i’ve got the same error when opening the game.
48 hours earlier my game was running with no problems at all there was no hardware or software changes in that timelapse even after the update earlier
Any other game with EAC, battle.net, steam (even lost ark runs perfectly) but New World can’t
By today i could not make my daily Cd’s missed 1 war 2 invasions, crafts my guild members asked for, Lazarus and genesis invites and i’ve run out of ideas on how to fix the game.

After 3 days i managed to get a fix steps that worked:
Fresh install steam, and deleted all the registry and temp files for NW and steam using revo uninstaller (moderate)
Reinstalled ethernet & wifi drivers (Get the installer first bejore doing this)
Deleted all EAC data from my computer including other games.
Reinstalled NW and only then i could play,
