Chain perks have been nerfed to the ground and there is no track of it in PTR.
WHY?
It is a bug?
War Camp: doesn’t proc on dummies anymore.
OPR/Duels/arena: proc on main target and max another one in 3m.
War: 20x people or more on point and it does proc on main target plus 1x in less than 3m and not on multiple targets.
The nerf or the Bug is HUGE.
If this is a NERF they nerfed the range, proc, extra bouncing and limited the number of targets.

the only reason would be heartgem recharge time, coz those recharge with damage tick.
5x chain = 5 tick so 5x on heartgem. it was like this. edit: war
Could be to increase performance as well. But not announcing a change like this is really bullshit.
I think its a bug, but chain is not working in the live servers right now.
