is there any info about what happens with unspent winter tokens after the convergence event ends? Will there be a way to redeem them afterwards? Or do you have to rush to a winter village before the maintenance starts to redeem them all?
Good question, I don’t think that anyone knows. Another question - by “rush” do you mean walk slowly to the big bear thing and use your tokens at your leisure?

They will disappear unless you keester them.
I’m currently making a character on a new server and the winter event has been great for that. The gear is easy to get and requires no gold for a pretty good leveling set. On my other server I wondered what I’d do with the tokens other than acquire luck weapons, which I did and nothing else. I asked a company peer what he did with the tokens and he said “furniture”. So I guess it depends on what you want from the event.
The event is fantastic for newbie characters. Other than that? Up to you, I guess. Though spending the tokens shouldn’t be too hard 
Well, I already gathered all armor and weapons I wanted, so I’m spending all remaining tokens for the spiced nog, as it grants 33 constitution for 25 minutes (I’m a tank). 2 tokens per nog with this effect is extremely cheap (roasted rabbit grants 40 const, but you have to farm the ingredients in reekwater)

What are the plans for the winter tokens if they are unspent? Will they become vials of azoth?
Can you ensure the food, treats from the winter convergence shop stays the same after the event ends?

Why are they being removed? You would think that you can save them for the next Winter Convergence event? Why wouldn’t you give players the option to save and hang onto them if they choose?
In the dev vlog they said that they wanted players to be able to keep items and never have to get rid of them… or have them removed… why would this not apply to the events?

Pop em in your prison pocket, or they’ll disappear at the end of the event…
I think that’s outrageous to make them disappear. Also my bad for speed reading. I still think the armor should stay. If they want this game to be long lasting, they need to have something recurring rather than a short term solution on events
Wait what? The armor I bought with those tokens I grinded is going to disappear? That doesn’t sound right. Can anyone confirm?
They obviously don’t want people to open 3 every day after the event ended to keep generating 100coin per Box.
No, only the token and the presents will be deleted. You keep all of your gear, weapons, patterns and so on.

Does anyone know if it ends on the 25th at 12:01am or 11:59pm? Or any specific time?
Unspent winter event stuff is gone when the event is turned off. Whatever you bought, you keep. Whatever unopened presents from trees/bags or lockboxes from those are gone, too. You gotta open/spend it all by the 25th.
