I upgraded my house today from a 3 to a 4 and lost all my furniture and 1 chest. Talk about a demoralization!!! I put in a ticket and will now wait for the developers to fix the problem. The problem is after 1000’s of hours of play and all those ups and downs and servers dying, I think this has broken my back. I really want to continue to enjoy the game and play with friends, but add this to 100’s of bad loot chest runs, dying server, and all the other minor toxic things that go on and now the game takes all that hard work away…will the developers actually try to fix this? Not sure I can endure :(.

I’m sorry that you’re having this issue with the furniture and the chest at your character.
Since you have created a support ticket the best option will be to wait for a resolution, once the ticket is resolved you will receive an email with the resolution.
All the tickets are reviewed and resolved directly for the department in charge so you can be sure that it will be addressed.
