As per the title; some clarification on the below points please @Community-Team
There are probably more things that could be clarified but these are the ones I was most interested in.
We will compensate any player who purchased a house before the UI fix went out with 2,000 coins.
In update 1.0.3 we corrected a bug causing companies to lose income from owning multiple
territories or from failed War declarations. With this update we are reimbursing lost coin
revenue.
How will we know we received the compensation and when do we expect to receive it by?
If we think we are owed compensation but do not think we received it how do we go about getting it resolved?
Fixed an issue causing players to lose houses they owned in Cutlass Keys.
If you are effected by this, will your house be returned, if it has not been already? Are there any side effects (i.e housing items like chests, or even trophies going missing?)
Fixed an issue where players could obtain rings that had two perks sharing an exclusive perk label, and shouldn’t exist on the same ring.
Does this affect the quest ring that has double luck perk? There has been so much speculation on perks not working as intended and perks not stacking - some wider info around this at some point would be nice.
Slightly improved the performance of the Life Staff with changes to the passive abilities Mending Touch and Blissful Touch.
What does this actually mean? I’m hoping bigger AOE or that actually ‘passing through’ now work as intended. Previously it only worked when targetting directly under the players feet which made it next to impossible to accurately target someone purposefully during fights.
based on the notes later on, it sounds like performance as in FPS/Network issues, not healing performance, and not sure what you mean about the ‘targetting directly under player’s feet’ comment, it worked for me when going through players. I assume now it won’t do the aoe bubble every player hit and just on the last hit, all those stacking heal bubbles likely heavily contributed to the war lag
Maybe I misinterpret, I got the impression it was a healing improvement to bandaid the changes to beacon/sacred ground - which would actually make sense and be a step forward for support healing in my opinion imo
Atleast then main healers would need to always have their lifestaff out to do maximum healing and be spamming left click (like every other weapon) to do something, rather than cast a few aoe and switch weapons.
But yeah I never had this passive working consistently, I always have to fire it under the players feet - it’s as if the hitbox is on the floor and is super tiny, (hitting the body does not work or not consistently from my experience).
there’s no aoe at all from it now, it was probably causing a lot of issues and you should be spamming it as a healer anyway, its very powerful and doesnt have to worry about the stacking issue and having your lifestaff out gives your group a multiplicative +5% healing
In most cases I and many others wouldn’t bother keeping life staff out while HoT/aoe’s are on cooldown - the passive is unreliable and pretty useless in my opinion how it is.
You are 10x more useful using CC weapons in that down time instead like ice gaunt, gaxe, hammer…
light attacks reduce cd too, im top healer on my team in most wars i attend. i do occasionally swap and pop all my cds on offhand but thats minimal downtime on ls
