Upgrade to 625 bug

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Isabella

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Unable to upgrade Trapper’s amulet to 625. I tried from 623 going to 625 and it said it could but then only brought it 624. All future attempts at going from 624 to 625 it says it costs 0 umbral shards and won’t upgrade.
