URGENT [EVENT RELATED] - MedleyFaire Stages won't upgrade past tier 2

Describe the issue you are experiencing:

  • After completing the townboard for the MedleyFaire Stage tier 2 upgrade… it remains tier 2 and has not upgraded. Its been like this for days, and almost weeks now. Town owners cannot upgrade it further, and players and getting scammed out of dozens of event tokens/rewards every day as a result. This only seems to be a problem in select territories and potentially only certain worlds.

Is this a bug or an exploit:

  • A very disappointing bug

  • Players have lost out on the chance to earn dozens of tokens/rewards from the MedleyFaire stage each day

  • Unfortunately, no.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

  • N/A
    Go to CoS and look at all the tier 2 stages which have not upgraded.

When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone)

  • bug noticed on Aug/06/2022 ~10pm MST but has been around for a good chunk of the event.

When i was on Orofena, i noticed their stages were bigger than ours and had better rewards. Upon asking territory owners on CoS why they haven’t upgraded their stages past tier 2, they say its been bugged/stuck tier 2 for a long time now and they can’t do anything to fix it.

Could apply a ‘bandaid’ and just award 2 Grand Baskets with each interaction.

AGS, this is a limited time event. Tons of people are missing out on a fair amount of gold and lots of tokens.

Some servers seriously getting shafted right now, still tier 2 and getting half the rewards of servers without the problem

yeah i have a character on orofena and at least half the stages are T5, but none of the ones of CoS are above T2 :frowning:
