Agreed. With so many battle hardened MMO veterans around here Iāve been surprised that whales havenāt been brought up more often in conjunction with this terrible cooldown idea.
At one point , there is limited ressource on Thoses low server , canāt have 10-15 people a day do this, you guyz blowing this out of proportion. on Us east we have 5 servers ( lowest is 800 pop) so please tell me how a 1400 pop server and 800 pop server can be abused market wise ? Even on the same server you can have rss fluctuating a lot ( I was selling infused silk at 18-20g on Sunday when they usually go for 10-12g on weeks day ) just play the market and be wise , everyone can make gold
Dude I hate to point out to you. There are no āsuper serversā. NA East has like 5 servers left all of which are medium population. I was going to transfer to a low pop server so I could actually gather and get a usable amount of resources than transfer back. Thereās no option for that now.

The most idiotic thing is all AGS has to do to 100% cure the bot problem is enforce their TOS and remove accounts of RMT gold buyers. PERIOD. They canāt get it through their thick skulls this is the only way theyāll ever solve the RMT/bot/RMT slave run accounts.

im going to use Valhalla as an example as to why you are wrong.
Valhalla was orginally the streamer / try hard server. All of the sweat lords moved to eden with all there cash. Then they left eden to go to Orun. Both servers lost all its top tier players who had all the gold. Now these servers are left behind because of the first 2 sets of transfer tokens.
So when I say super server im talking about the amount of wealth those servers have in comparison.
Now those āsuper serversā are going to exploit the lower less developed servers.
This is PAY TO WIN. we need to stress this so it doesnt go unchecked. Unless of course you all enjoy pay to win.
I agree with you to a point. The thing I find alarming though is nobody is looking at the other side of the coin. Yes there will be people that abuse this to RMT. This is simply because AGS refuses to enforce their TOS and remove accounts of gold buyers. But on the other side of the token are people like myself. Everyone knows there are only enough nodes to support around 200 people and that even makes it tough. There are only roughly 50 orichalcum nodes in the open world that are accessible to a solo gatherer. Because of this fact many people like myself wish to transfer to a low pop server to actually be able to gather a decent amount of resources to level furnishing and other shit. Taking days to only get 1k orichalcum is complete idiocy on medium and higher pop servers.
If that was the case then bots wouldnāt exist because there would be no profit. There are a lot more gold buyers than you think.
Yes its good for people who buy their coin like you. But its not good for casual people that canāt do this stuff and farm in a populated server to get some coin. This transfer tokens make farming anything in game for gold only viablefor those who sell their gold and compensate the cost of every day transfers. At the other the more profit gold sellers get the more gold gets pumped in server and more inflation. So as a casual player who doesnāt buy gold or doesnāt do transfer abuse. U are fked both ways. You get coin harder and also the coin you get has less and less value compared to before.
What yo y talking about ? I got about 1.6k hours in this game and I am 96 aptitude level in harvesting. Iām doing my share as a gatherer
1 month paid cool down 90 days free, Iām not playing again until this happens.

Only gold buyers and sellers defend this. A normal player that farms with all the hardships for some gold in game and doesnāt sell them never defends that his efforts get devaluated. Either you are lying that you farm or u are clueless about how economy works

There is no reason people would need such a short server transfer cooldown, outside of using it to exploit and grief another server. It should not be shorter than a couple weeks to a month.
24 hours would just make it so a whole company can come over during the window of 1-2 days that you get to prepare for a war, and show up with a huge army out of nowhere.
All they have to do is pay money, which people will happily do for an advantage in video games.
Thatās exactly why so many p2w games exist. Some people will buy any win you allow them to.
Even on the small scale, this would make it so all you need is real money and you can now just hire a 5 man of mercenaries from a more competitive server to come carry in your war against people who have not prepared to deal with them or have been on a more casual server so they arenāt geared to the teeth 1000 hours of pvp veterans.
If someone would pay (15$ X 2 X 5 players = 150$ ) to win a single war Iāll just laughed about them
I donāt gather much now i craft. But im not a short sighted person like you who only thinks about their own benefit. Im defending casual players that make the game playable. I wonāt waste my time more than this to explain how the economy works and how all are impacted by it. Bye
