I had crafted items (jewel + armors) on auction house. They got sold yesterday but after rollback I got no gold. I am interesting this items disappeared just like that or I will get this gold somehow?
I will be very confused if something will not return because I worked to much. I am sure I am not the only one who has the problem. Also I farmed yesterday mining like 5 hours had 2x void ore and like 40-40 Cinnabar and Tolvium and they disappeared from my inventory. Will we get compensation about it? We lost a day and we lost our time and many handwork. AGS we need detailed information about it. What will happen or what’s happening with our sold items on auction house and what will happen with disappeared handwork and farmed items.

i have the same problem i sold some items and never got the gold for it
They rollback the database at approximatively 12:45 pm so everything you sold after this time not come back.
Another thing, rollback still in progress.
It will finished when they’ll say it’s ok and the AH will be available, at this time, as they said, you will received the money and see items you put before rollback.
Read the freaking dev-info before posting your urgent issue.

I have absolutely the same problem. items added to the Trading post due to the affected time are back in the storage, but all items published before the patch and have been sold due to the affected time, are missing…lost almost 15.000g
you’re not in luck, exactly why rollbacks shouldn’t happen!
Did you mean this, they said, they resolved the players, to be honest not me. :
Quick update – We believe we have found and resolved the players who transferred being stuck issue due to the rollback. If you encounter this, please let us know.

rollbacks are fine as long as it’s a rollback on everything

There is no detailed info about what they will return. And they did not mentioned about farmed items and lost almost all freaking day!!! Can you imagine if you lost 2x void ores 45 Cinnabar and 50 Tolvium because of their mess? Its is an ARGENT and We need detailed info about it. This post which they published says nothing.

the items i sold where sold before roll back
I thought you had a problem with not receiving gold from sold things, because I read another post about this. Sorry if I got that wrong.
Obviously you won’t keep anything you did in the time period they are now rolling back. The servers are reset to an earlier state…

Same issue here.
I lost between 8k to 10k gold because of this problem. I was relying upon that trades now I am broke.
They have to compensate us for lost items in our inventory 100% maybe someone from AGS will answer
