I have the same issue, My house is located at Windward in Valhalla server. Since this morning I was not able to enter. I relog and verified my files in steams, and the house showed up but empty. Hopefully, this bug is part of the whole issue with the servers after the summer update. Please greatly appreciate your support. I have my major trophies in that house, so for now i won’t be able to craft. @Luxendra

UPDATE: As of 2:19 pm Est time, I could access my house in WW, from the faster travel icon, and from the city, all my furniture is in place and clean <3 Thank you very much for your prompt support . Keep the good work <3

It has been a month.
Can i please be reimbursed with my house trophies, storage chests, and furnitures that were lost???
This happened to me when I lost my rabbit chest. It took them over 2 months to fix it. The ticket was already SLA breached; no compensation for the lost time/effort for those items. But at least I got my things back but it gave me a headache for months to deal with offshore L3 support on a daily basis. Good luck my friend.
