Ursa > Dry tree (cant see my character)

UPDATE : its been week now since merged happen… i still have no help from AGS
you really want me to quit the game or what?

things i tried so far : Unistall , Verify , Delete Savedata (appdata files)
result : No help still missing

Have you deleted the appdata file? Uninstalling may not delete this file so you have to do it manually. It deletes all your settings so you have to re-set that up but it seems to have solved this issue for some people. See post below:
Character not showing

TL:DR version (taken from link in above post):

Checking the Forum, this issue might be related with the verify the AGS Files that are linked within New World. Follow this troubleshooting:

  1. Windows + R type in %APPDATA%
  2. Go to Local and Roaming (Both files will include an AGS file) and open them.
  3. Rename the AGS sub-folder ‘‘New World’’ to something different like ‘’_New World"
  4. This will refresh the cache files within New World and remove the error within the character not loading.

A previous Forum I was working with a another players, we found the only solution for this launching error with the character list was this troubleshooting, you can check this Forum with this link: Main Menu buttons don’t work + character/Worlds wont load . It also have another possible troubleshooting there.

Please let us know as soon as possible if after these troubleshooting the problem persist.

Ive only had this Issue occur but not everytime nor is it the same fully, mine capitalized all letters anywhere and would say “link twitch above” and never load my users either but restarting fixed it. Could be just your account somehow broke and recommend bumping the thread for some ags to fix it for you.
