hi, i’m from israel and i’ve been playing on US east servers since launch and i always had 160 ping which is decent.
but the last 2 days i don’t know what have changed and i started getting 500-1000 ping constantly unable to play.
i checked my internet connection multiple times and everything is working as intended, so i’m pretty sure its something to do with your servers.
i checked my network and it looks like im connected to an ec2.amazon.us-west-2 server which is not supposed to be since we are US east region.
please help i really want to continue playing but right now its impossible.

Same, although my numbers are different, the effect is the same. Starting on Thanksgiving eve, I sat down after enjoying my turkey and could not play. My FPS was down to 6 and my ping was 250. I have been playing on US East since beta and never had any problems before.
I did check my connection and everything is fine. As with you, I am sure this is on Amazon’s end.
yeah man sometimes it goes down to normal but then spikes back up to 500 especially when theres lots of people around me… idk what to do at this point i cant really play.
