Using TAB key , or E key causes weapons to draw

If you have your weapons sheathed and you use TAB to see inventory, or use E key for any type of interaction you draw your weapon when it closes. Every. Single. Time.

I’ve checked my keybinds, relogged both hard and soft several times, and tried 2 different servers and had others check on my main server. Still happens to me and the ones who responded in chat.

It’s annoying because I like to keep weapons sheathed for the smoother animations while doing things in the world. (picking up flint, harvesting herbs and fiber, chopping trees, etc) First few minutes back in game I was constantly hitting x to sheath until I realized something had changed with the patch.

Edit to clarify: E key interaction like talking to a quest giver or opening your storage. Picking up a flint does not unsheath weapons.

I wonder if this is an anti-bot thing. Isn’t it just visual though?

If you have a weapon out you have player collision. Seems a bad method though if that’s what it is. It’s REALLY easy to circumvent
