Using the market to transport items from one city to another

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Items belonging to sale on a settlement’s market are visible only on the settlement’s market. (OK).
  But, when the sales order expires or cancels, this item can be withdrawn in any market. (A little weird, following the selling logic).
  Many players are using this method to transport items from one city to another, especially when they are cities from different factions.
