Valhalla War declares bugged, allowing multiple declares from the same company, and chargin for each

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Valhalla
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: My company (Roundboi Roundtable) declared on Ebonscale tonight, a few consuls declared and it appears the gold was removed for multiple declares, after not getting the war we only recieved 15k back. Our company is now short 45k (3 declares worth).
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: My company is now out 45k gold
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Declare on a war, consuls are for what ever reason sometimes able to also declare in the same company for the same war and it will deduct for each declare

I’m really sorry about the issue you’re having, in order to address this I can recommend you to reach us via player support using the following link: Contact Us | Amazon Games to create a support ticket and review your case in more depth.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

I submitted a ticket, but there was no way for me to upload a file, how do i go about submitting that stuff?

You can add them to a cloud storage and paste the link to the ticket.
