Your reason for nerfing the VG is due to its ability to lock down and control players for too long so you give scream a 10s increase cool down? have you seen how long a spear can lock someone down and how much damage can be done while they control the player at the same time? If by this logic you should be looking out how to balance the spear as well because currently 75% or more players are pairing the spear into their builds due to its ability to control and have high dmg.
Spear needs nerfs for sure. Way to easy to CC someone and the cooldowns are a joke.
You can literally spam them.

What needs to happen is the heavy armor crowd control bonus needs to be removed. That is what is breaking many classes.

agree specially in medium gear u have 0 issues to catch up ppl with your 50.000iframes
