My mistake. Feel free to delete this post. The perk is working as intended. I didn’t realize there was a distinction between crit damage and headshot damage (a la Division) and i was testing it on head-shots only. My apology.

I can vouch for this one. It’s horrible.
Makes it more viable to use enchanted, which is a basic faction weapon compared to weapons worth 10-20K+ and even higher with Keen as well.
Whole builds are based off this in order to actually stand a chance.
