at some point when the dev was talking about mutators and keys for them .
he said something about signing up at a board ? what was that about?
maybe we getting dungeon finder or is it something else?
also on the same topic if those keys will be able to be crafted multiple times a day and easy .
is that confirmation that orbs are getting removed?
i mean i dont understand where does that leave normal dungeons , no way we will still have to
craft the same orbs and we can get into higher levels easy without them . that part just confuses me.
Mutators are baiscally Mythic dungeons (WoW) which is going to get a lot of PvErs very interested.
Confirmed 10 levels of difficulty and also reward increases to reflect the increased difficulty. Also combinations of mutators (see affixes).
Also confirmed that their aim is for players to be able to do these expeditions âRepeatable every day and unlike existing keys be more freely availableâ. The exact mechanics will be tested in a PTR in Jan.
February was confirmed as a deep dive bug/exploi/balancet fix time.
Sounds like there will be weekly âtown boardâ style quests where it will be to complete a random-affixed expedition. It sounds like the affixes will be similar to the random ones you currently find on some elites/bosses like explosive/brutal/slicer/etc. I donât know about you but an expedition full of 66 elites with slicer does not sound like fun.
Theyâll tie in a new set of rewards to these âmutatorâ dungeons. There will be 10 levels that get progressively harder. I imagine there will be better rewards the higher you progress in the levels.
To me the random affixes sound like a game no one mentions that it seems like New World devs copy a lot from thatâs not even an MMO - Path of Exile.

Biggest problem in games when they spend time and resources on pve and forget about pvp. Next 3 months and whatâs new for pvp players?
This game wouldnât work with just the wow pve crowd they seem to be trying to please.
Not a smart move gona lose the alot more players to please some carebears.
This sounds pretty⌠disappointing. Two more weapons, one additional dungeon and dungeon difficulties? Whereâs Brimstone Sands? This game desperately needs other forms of progression than gear. Why would anyone even run the new dungeons when youâre still stuck at 590/595? Thereâs no point to it.
I hope next video they show a round table of stake holders at AGS, describing how they set up those mechanics in ways to increase profit and player retention
