[Visual Bug] House Tax

2000 Tax at 10%
31,4% Tax decrease from Standing
but
1371 Gold less after i payed

so it just showed the wrong amount, not sure if that is something that just happened as the tax popped up during the latest wealth block

(First House discount but that is already known issue)

also want to point out at screen1, “days thereafter.” is at the line of the box the text should be in

This visual bug affects tax payment by the map ui.
It only ever worked correctly when standing in your house and using the house ui instead.
This is a reason for many posts on the boards about too high taxes, most of the player dont check the amount payed but trust into the ui

I just checked the action. I specifically bought the item for 100 gold. All taxes were completely removed from me. The territory discount and my guild discount (we own the city) do not work. I checked the amount in my bag. Doesn’t really work.
So the house discount probably doesn’t work either.

You refer to tradepost, but this is about housing tax.

I can assure you, housing tax is working correctly.

[BUG] Housing tax Discount no applied to Housing tax

Even though your comment is correct: we dont know if territory standing is suppoed to work only within that territory, the other way it is how the game is handling it. When opening the map, the UI is showing a price without tax reduction - even when standing in the territory. But when paying the tax reduction is still applied, have a look at the coordinats. [image] [image] [image] [image] [image] This is the same, no matter in which territory you currently are.

But I havent done any testing on trading post, I dont use it.
