Describe the issue you are experiencing:
Recently hit 600 gearscore for items and when I attempt to upgrade them past 600, that should be considered the new highest gear score but it is averaging the gear score as if it were still below 600. So in other words, if i went to 613 from 605 on a hatchet. A certain damage would be displayed like 1120, but then when you push upgrade the actual damage displayed is way lower. The other issue is that when hovering over the new item before pushing upgrade (ex… the 613) it will display the 613 crossed out with like 609 as the average but when you hit upgrade the 613 will be displayed? This is usually the case leading up to 600 where if an item was 550 and you bought one off the market at 600 it would average out to around 575, but i believe this should not be happening once hitting 600 as that is considered the new highest gear score past 600 and should not be crossing out and averaging still. View pictures below, I have 613 boots there and to upgrade to 614 it crosses out the 614 when hovering and says 613? Shouldn’t that say 614 as thats the new highest gearscore? -

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
Not sure yet if the fake damage displayed is actually accurate damage outputs or just a visual bug, but if that damage displayed is accurate once upgrading that means we are losing significant amounts of damage from what the correct is supposed to be. As of right now I just believe it is a visual bug because the damage increases after each upgrade, but the damage amount displayed before hitting upgrade is always higher than what appears after upgrading. -

Not able to recover from it. I tried logging out for over a week now on and off and it consistently does it with anything I try to upgrade. Tried removing all gear into inventory and reequiping, still nothing. -

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Try and upgrade anything past 600 expertise at any time, even if it is considered the newest highest expertise level in the 600s.
