Getting micro-stunned during the “instant” cast puts the ability on full cooldown while not activating (even though it will visually activate for a short time.)

Something causes the basic attack “homing” to get an “offset” in it’s hitbox which means you will never be able to successfully hit someone - even if they are standing still.

Activating several of the Heartrunes instantly cancels the ability.
