Void gauntlet bugged, crashing game over and over again?

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:ended the game repeatedly, and I was killed one of these times!
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:No, CTD is always the result.
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:No screen shots possible, unfortunately, as game program freezes and CTD within less than one second.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I just tried to learn how to play with the frost and void gauntlets as my two weapons yesterday/last night, but game kept crashing, so I switched to the frost gauntlet and had no issues, but this morning I tried the void gauntlet/hatchet combo, and the CTD returned. I had thought it was triggered by attempting to block with the VG, but this last time I remembered NOT to try to block, and it still CTD.

Just happened again, at about 1:20pm Christmas eve, was not trying to block, but did have enemy in close quarters, CTD.

The void gauntlet is definitely crashing the game to desktop!

I’ve been running LS and GA until 1 week ago where I wanted to try out the void gauntlet. I’ve never had one single gaming crash before! Now with the voidgauntlet it’s happening 4-5 times during 2-3 hours gameplay and it’s every single day. It’s crashing the game to desktop in both pve and pvp content.
Needless to say it’s outmost annoying and I just lost an OPR because it happened in there and I was penalized 1 hour for something that I don’t have any influence on.

Please fix it or take the void gauntlet out of the game it’s barely playable atm.

I too have stopped using it entirely, as leveling it up isn’t worth a single CTD, let alone the multiple ones I have suffered.

I’ve put my VG in the storage - it’s unplayable…really too bad.

Anyone from AGS seeing this? Please fix the VG it’s a very fun weapon to play but unplayable atm.

Some folks are not having a problem with this it seems, meanwhile I too cannot take it out of storage just to level it to 20 even, without repeatedly CTD. Would be nice to get working…
