When inside of an oblivion placed by void gauntlet user, defy death does not proc effectively making the talent useless.
The gauntlet needs nullifying oblivion which removes all buffs from player effected.
Thats not a bug, intended.
Defy Death is a buff. Nullyfing oblv perk counters every buffs.
