Void Gauntlet Empowering Proximity - Unreliable and often not working

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: EU / Jupiter
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Empowering proximity, the void gauntlet passive, often doesn’t trigger at all after changing equipment, until the player logs off and on - and even when it is triggering, the player will lose all stacks before the 5s (without empower prolong) timer runs out if they simply fall out of range of an enemy, or kill a single enemy within 5ms.

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: It makes me feel the void gauntlet blade build isn’t worth using vs melee options, as one of the core skills for raising your damage output in melee to a comparable level of an SnS for instace. (5s 30% empower on heavy attack, lasts 5 seconds and can be reupped by doing another, regardless of enemy proximity or if an enemy dies near you.)
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I haven’t found a way to get this passive working consistently.
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: Can’t get a video sadly, but should be easily recreatable.
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Equip a void gauntlet and spec into Empowering Proximity - take note of when you actually gain a stack of it, and at what point you lose all stacks.

I have a suggestion for fix: make the skill work by giving a 10% empower for 5s for each skill activated, up to a cap of 30%, and remove the enemy proximity factor (as this seems to be the bugged component) - if the empower max is too potent, simply lower it to 20%, or make it 5% for each activation up to 15% for 5s.
