In PTR Roland Gives out the Epic 580 VG quest. I reached 20 with VG and have been 60 and have 6 other 580 weapon so I should meet requirements to trigger the quests. All the other 580 weapons trigger at 20 well except the GA that triggers at 18. I logged out and logged in to see if it would reset but no help there.
have you completed the reekwater arc?

so this doesnt work. NPC wont give the final quest that unlocks the next quest, which is to get the 580 wep.

Ok finished arc up to where I should get Secrets Best Lest Unshared but he will not give quest

Same. Finished and got the Hammer reward (from the one before), but no follow up. Did they forget to implement? -.-

also cant get the quest. and now the server has crashed and is under emergency maintenance on top of that… Theleme is a ghost town and it still crashed. sad.
oh I might add this is happening on the PUBLIC server not the test realm.
yeah I only mentioned the PTR because I was able to finish the quest on the PTR and was suprised when it didnt pop when I was on live
