Void Gauntlet is literally unplayable til bug fixes

Can confirm that the skill queue issue still happens for me when using scream into ice wall. If I scream and swap too fast (even if I want to entomb) my shower comes out (they are assigned to the same button). Stagger is still an issue for blade as well as the blade sometimes disappearing still. Any update would be appreciated.

Stagger is an issue for any melee weapon. So when it happens during your void blade, it happens 100% of the time for melee users. Definitely needs to be fixed but is not VG specific.

The skill queue issue seems to be fixed in the PTR. I haven’t been able to recreate the skill queue issue.

I have tested a lot of the PTR.
It is true that in PTR (even before February’s patch was released) two abilities were never casted if you do only 1 click.
I still doesn’t know why february’s patch has bugs that wern’t on the PTR.

But the PTR still has other queue issues

I also get stuttering constantly with the Ice gauntlet and fire staff.

Easy fix for stagger is to give void blade grit on swings.

I am truly astounded that you guys decided to push forward another major nerf to the void gauntlet before even ensuring that it’s functional. On what metrics are you considering balance with a weapon that’s basically unplayable? Your entire data is inherently flawed because it’s in the worst state it’s ever been for the whole month after your supposed bug fix patch. You can’t even properly judge how the previous balance changes truly impacted the weapon, and it’s like nobody even bothered to play 10 mins with it to see the incredibly intrusive bugs constantly happening. And there still is not even any assurance whatsoever it will be fixed by next month. Hopefully you can understand how infuriating this whole situation is for someone who actually plays the game.

How can a game be balanced if the weapons doesn’t work?
90% of the weapons are bugged. VG unusable, rapier’s riposte doesn’t work 50% times (it can be cancelled with a light attack).
First fix, then try to balance.

imagine reporting these things day 1 of PTR in feb only for it to go live anyways…

How to recreate: Just use void blade and randomly you will get fucked up not being able to do nothing more than wait until void blade cd ends and pray not to be killed while silenced by your own skill.

That’s exactly how it is. You can absolutely not rely on the Voidblade.

I’m curious to see what happens. I know some who no longer have any desire to do so and are considering quitting.

It’s a pity that no official statement comes here.

And the best thing is, now the Blade should also be nerfed, haha.

Still bugged to where you walk slow af on activation and disappears still for no reason.

Can’t confirm whether or not blade attack speed slows down when getting beat on. Will play around with it more in OPR this weekend.

Oblivion animation cast x3 without any interrupting cc from 0:46 - 0:50 and 1:02 & Void blade still seizing up the player’s right arm at 1:18 - 1:24.
