Void Gauntlet is literally unplayable til bug fixes

How to recreate: Just use void blade and randomly you will get fucked up not being able to do nothing more than wait until void blade cd ends and pray not to be killed while silenced by your own skill.

That’s exactly how it is. You can absolutely not rely on the Voidblade.

I’m curious to see what happens. I know some who no longer have any desire to do so and are considering quitting.

It’s a pity that no official statement comes here.

And the best thing is, now the Blade should also be nerfed, haha.

Still bugged to where you walk slow af on activation and disappears still for no reason.

Can’t confirm whether or not blade attack speed slows down when getting beat on. Will play around with it more in OPR this weekend.

Oblivion animation cast x3 without any interrupting cc from 0:46 - 0:50 and 1:02 & Void blade still seizing up the player’s right arm at 1:18 - 1:24.

after more than a month, void blade is still bugged and seems no one cares

Void blade still receives a “snare” as if it is a casted ability when used. This never used to happen until the patch when all the void blade bugs came about. This makes whipping out a void blade to transition to melee very punishing. It already has no “catch” mechanics due to no slows.

I can confirm here, the blade is unfortunately still bugged . No idea why AGS does not take care of this bug, it is very sad.

Last time I played with vg where an bug on void blade, happens often also, when activate void blade, the blade where spinning around your arm and it fire light attack shots instead of using the blade.

So yeah it is unplayable.

We have paid for the game, like all the others but from February no one cares about the void gauntlet problems. Why?

Also please look into adding a delay of at least half a second on deactivating the void blade. It was mentioned earlier in this topic, but it’s the WORST feeling in the world when you hit Q to pull out your void blade and your keyboard registers two presses so it immediately deactivates your void blade before you even have a chance to see it up and now you’re on a fight with someone with a 30 second cool down on your only means to fight.

Only the queuing bug and the “sputtering” bug have been fixed since February. Two remain:

  1. When you turn the Blade on, you are forced into a walk animation. This makes the build clunky and difficult to chase with.
  2. Sometimes, you would turn the Blade on, and it immediately turns off. I think locking out turning the Blade off for the first one or two seconds would help.
