What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
when the yesterday patch finish I log into the game ，I put off my voidbent armor into bag then I use the trade post to buy some mining armor， when I check bag to use the item I appear my voidbent armor are disappear. I have double check storage and relog the game still could not find my armor all my voidbent armor are still disappear.
I have to contact the support service five times and the feedback make me so sad with the service team who run the game they only told me could not help me to retrieve item and told me to use the forums to report the BUG if I think that happened is a bug, any one got this issue plz tell me how can i resolve that, Its not my mistake but now i have to take the result .
