Voidbent armor not working as intended?

So I take more elemental damage with voidbent armor compared to faction gear? what on earth is going on?

Try to check this thread it may help. If not, please explain you case a little more in this same thread or contact customer service in case you need to report a bug with your Voidbent armor.

Fix the bugged Voidbent Armor

As you know, the Voidbent Armor is bugged and isn’t currently working as intended. Currently, it’s reducing ALL INCOMING DAMAGE by 24% instead of only reducing critical damages. So, either fix the armor set to its intended form or FIX the armor’s description so we DONT waste gold on something that might be fixed.
