Voidbent went missing

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I got some voidbent piece missing while i was running Dynasty dungeon

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I mean I couldnt find my armor anymore to change my class
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No i couldnt
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: I mean I did not record so idk
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: huh, run dynasty, try to change armor while you are in the boss and then die, to then realise when you spawn back that your VB armor did not even put on while you tried to put it on, and that it is not in your inventory anymore.

I am sorry to hear that you are missing your voidbent armor while running Dynasty Dungeon.

Please perform a Steam Integrity check for game files and relaunch the game to check if you can find the missing armor now.

Firstly I would suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps mentioned by @EijunS i.e to perform a Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files and then try to launch the game after this and if it still doesn’t work I suggest you to please reach out to our New World - Support | Amazon Games so that we can try other methods and if not create a ticket for our Devs to check.

Be sure to have your game logs ready in case they ask for them:

Provide the latest 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups

Instructions for finding the in-game logs:

  1. Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
  2. Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
  3. Paste the contents of the file into your message.
