VRAM ISSUE on boot up

the game won’t boot up on my new PC and says it fails the minimum spec requirement which is VRAM (see pic)

I tried to change the VRAM on BIOS but can’t see the option. Tried the regedit way still can’t boot up.

Saw this on Tom’s hardware. Considering you have an RTX 3060 which would definitely meet the minimum specs.
