This isn’t the first time this has happened. I waited in the queue to get started, and the WASD keys are not working. Other keys work, ESC, space, etc. The mouse works fine. I try the Unstuck option but that doesn’t fix it either. So now I’ve restarted the game and I’m back in another queue.

And now I’m not sure the keys will work when I get back in! Does anyone else ever have this issue? Do you know how to correct it without restarting your system?
Try going to windows 10 settings>ease of access, if filter keys is on, turn it off.
For me it was causing WASD to intermittently malfunction because it stops autorepeat and ignores rapid repeat key presses also.
I have exactly same problem. Usually when I log out of the game and rejoin, it starts working but today that didn’t help. No filter keys enabled either. Very frustrating!
