Buy game and losing time in queu
Have been waiting for 7-8 hrs? Got booted in line several timesâŚjust got moved to 5000+ in queue. At one point I made it into the 100âs before getting bootedâŚ

And to add to insult - the queue is added AFTER character select. So if an ingame bug throws you to the character selection⌠guess what? Yeah, that is right. New Queue.
One would thought that Amazon Games - owned by one of the world leading cloud host providers, would be able to afford sufficient server capacity.
itâs no point sitting in queue as long as this is going on. better to do something else and look out for news of a fix.
There are no less crowded servers on EU dude! All of them have hundreds and thousands of players in the queueâŚhave you ever even looked in the menu âview worldsâ ?
Another forum thread reported something interesting, if you get an error, just press Ok and wait, donât click on play just wait for a couple of minutes.
I have been kicked 5 times in the past hour and when I press Ok , after a minute or 2 it puts me back in the queue in the same spot and continues!
I donât know if this will work for everyone or all queue errors but let me know if works for you guys

Same here, just click OK and wait, it can take awhile but you keep your Q spot
Iâve tried to avoid commenting on these threads but the current situation it getting ever more frustrating.
3 times today Iâve been kicked out the queue after an hour and each time put to the end of the queue. Same issues last night.
Iâm currently at 3963 after rejoining the queue at 5329. Fully expecting to get kicked out of the queue again anytime soonâŚ
Iâve seen lots said about additional servers etc⌠but that doesnât seem to be cutting it. If Amazon, a company with one of the biggest cloud compute services (AWS) in the world, canât spin up additional resources when needed then to me there is something else wrong here and weâre not being kept up to date by the community managers.
Ok i found a solution. If you get internal server error message, Just press ok and do not press play. Wait for 15 seconds and you will join the queue again with the same position.

If they dont bring on 100 more EU servers overnight the situation will not be any better. So I waited almost 48 hours now for a company which core business is hardware/servers with AWS - if they dont solve this by tom morning I request my full steam refund and goodbye. Was able to play 10 minutes so far - thats a joke. I expect to wait 10-15minsâŚnot hours.
@mm_loginservices_TooManyRequestsExceptionâŚjut got kicket from queue 2 times with this error, after so much time waited. What a Shame amazon. I was thinking there will be some bad stuff at launch, like all mmorpg, but didnt except to be soo bad at all. Second day wasted, ty!
Damn I was hoping the Ok and wait would be the holy grail but it isnât for me.
It worked like 8 times in the past 3 hours of being in queue.
Another hour and I would have logged in.
Suddenly instead of the internal server error I get a different one
I get an error something about unable to connect to the login queue.
I press ok, waited for 10 minutes and still nothing, this time I really got booted out of the queue system, yet another 3 hours gone to wasteâŚ
Problem solved: At least thatâs how it works for me.
After you have received the error message, click the erros message away.
Dont click any button now! You will automatically be put back in the queue where you were kicked out.
Feel free to copy & paste this massage if that worked for you.
Be aware that if you get a different error like âunable to connect to the login queueâ you are actually booted from the queue, waiting doesnât help get the queue back in my case 
Hi! After 7 hours in the queue, I have several error screens that I have. Do something please. I havenât played for a minute today. All time I stay in queue.
If this continues for a few more days, I will be forced to refund the money for the pre-order, as much as I would like it.
Btw if you ever gets disconnected from with the Internal error message press only on the X and wait for about 1 min in the " lobby" dont press on play or charactar or anything. The Queue window will pop up again and you wont lose your queue on the server.
Was sceptic to this but it worked, didnt lose my queue this time

A new thing happened w/ my account. There is no chance to look achievements or set any title.
How to fix it ??
Im 23lvl at now and I got some achievements 100%
