It’s Saturday, a day off, I wanted to play the game I paid for. I’m trying to join my server since 7pm till now 11pm. I’m still in queue. I play on server Mayda. There are about 120 servers in EU and only 15 have now queues and only one have more than 500+ it’s Mayda with queue 800. Also only Mayda from PL/EU servers have the ability to create new characters while Karkar and Bran also PL/EU servers have 0 queue and creating new characters is disabled. I play on Mayda since it was created one 1st day. Can you explain me why I can’t play on my server for game that I paid for? I’m very tired of this situation and I don’t understand this politics… opening server that have biggest queue in EUROPE? Closing servers where there is no queue in the middle of the weekend? This is just not right.
maybe I will repeat something that was said. But it’s getting worse and worse and now I’m in 1500 place queue time on Mayda. Two days after release with friends we deleted characters on Karkar to play on Mayda to avoid queues. And now it’s the same. Why did you open this server to create new characters? Create new servers if more people want to play.
The same situation is on another PL/EN server: Wachusett. It’s Sunday 5 p.m and there is more then 1300 plp in queue. Close this server and open for newcomers other PL/EN server without queue.
Amazon server’s politic is the scandal. I have changed server twice time, looking a place to play without queue and I must to wait 3-4 hours for enter to game, casue you are blind.
I’ve just waited more than 2 hours and I got message: connection impossible to server and I need to requeue again.
The queue on server is longer and longer.
During the premiere of the game, I waited with my friend for a new server because Karkar was queued up for 2500 people. When we have characters on Mayda, there are 0 queues on the closed Karkar, and on our server there is now a queue of 2500 people. Same situation in Wachusett.
I create character when Mayda was open, almost 90h gaming and now 1.5k que ;/ I cant play no more and i dont want create new char in another server… why this server still open?!
Lot of servers with “open character creation” has queue. Like Perseus for example. Servers without queue have closed character creation. Like Hades, only 1500 players online. Where is logic?
I understand there might have been problems at the beginning due to the premiere.
However, at the moment it is already a mockery of customers.
Can we count on compensation due to the lack of service?
@Customer-Service 3rd day in a row after I come back from work again I can’t play the game. Also because of queue I could not join pvp war that my guild had. This is ridiculous. I bought a game and I can’t play it.
Too late… @Customer-Service destroyed our community. All new players in last week joined Mayda and now it’s unplayable. Even it is closed, queues are terrible.
I did not play since 5 days, as casual player who has only 2-3 hours/day evening time, I’m unable to log in to the game.
